Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Brand Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management, with a strong background in both OTC and ethical (Rx) product segments.

Therapeutic Categories Include:

  • Dry Eye
  • Cough Syrup
  • Nasal Spray
  • Home Test Kits
  • Clinical Nutrition

Candidate Requirements:

  • Preferably holds a background in Pharmacy
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, business development, pricing, and market analysis
  • Experience in managing both doctor-targeted and pharmacy-level marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with offline marketing and product activation campaigns
  • Additional experience in digital and trade marketing is considered an advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Research and analyze behaviors (sales accounts, consumer habits, customers preferences) to update marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Create and communicate marketing strategy and tactics for the brand based on market dynamics and company aspiration.
  • Establish well-built portfolio targets and deploy accurate forecasts based on market performance.
  • Implement approved marketing tactics and initiatives such as campaigns, events, sponsorships to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Measure tactical activities and initiatives performance and record best practices and learning for better future implementation.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts in both Medical and consumer arenas.
  • Ensure the full follow up on the tactical plans requirements with assigned vendors and provide performance feedback on each vendor.
  • Proper and professional communication with principal / brand owner to assure up to date information exchange and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with division team members and other function teams (Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain) to assure optimal implementation of brand services.
  • Present the brand in all major events (consumer/ Medical/ etc..) while delivering quality and cost-effective services.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns aligned to the company’s overall marketing & sales strategy.
  • Generate any reports, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly –if required.
  • Drive BD based on the division LRP ambition to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Submit a detailed Business Plan for the new opportunities including Expected P&L.
  • Actively engage and search for all opportunities aligned with LRP objectives.
