Job Description

The BEAUTY THERAPIST’s main missions are:

  • Deliver the best Clarins Experience through outstanding Clarins professional treatments and expert beauty consultation to establish “Skin care expert experience” in the Skin Spa
  • Ensure genuine customer service with perfect attitude and grooming in line with Clarins highest quality standards and strict practical and operations SOPs
  • Increase and drive sales by increasing loyalty and purchase among existing customers, and participating in the new customers recruitment
  • Be at all times a Clarins Ambassador and convey brand image, philosophy uniqueness and expertise

The missions in detail:

PERFORM OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS

· Perform only Clarins Treatments strictly in line with international/regional protocols and method, with the highest hand skills and quality standards, according to our Brand heritage.

· Constantly improve practical skills and beauty expertise and service, thanks to intensive Clarins training and on-going coaching by Clarins practical trainers.

· Prepare treatment room before each treatment in line with merchandising and hygiene guidelines, ensure optimal inventory of products, accessories and amenities.

DELIVER SKIN CARE EXPERT EXPERIENCE:

· Participate to establish Clarins Skin care Expertise as a point of difference towards the competition, and to increase our credibility

· Perform expert and professional skin analysis and skincare beauty consultation before and after the treatments to recommend expert beauty advice according to customer profile, skin type and beauty concerns.

· Define relevant and efficient personalized beauty program for each customer and ensure long term follow-up.

· Build and maintain long-term relationship and trust with the customers thanks to assured and convincing professionalism and expertise.

ENSURE CLARINS CUSTOMER BEST-IN-CLASS SERVICE:

· Offer exceptional Customer service through perfect attention and dedication to customer’s needs and well-being as defined in corresponding Clarins SOPs, guidelines and as taught by practical trainers, without any compromise.

· Ensure that every customer enjoys the best-in-class Clarins experience by performing strictly Clarins Experience SOP.

· Accompany the customer and attend to her needs and comfort personally and/or with the help of colleagues all throughout her visit at Clarins Skinspa.

· Ensure highest level of customer service after the Customer visit at the Skinspa through personalized follow-up calls and communication.

· Understand, record and update precisely profile and beauty concerns of every customers following Clarins consultation SOP and prepare and customized every appointment and re-calls accordingly.

· Build long-term relationship and trust with the customers through outstanding dedication to her well-being and comfort, to increase and ensure customer loyalty to Clarins Skin Spa.

· Ensure for no Customers complaint. In case of Customer complaints, manage efficiently and timely the issue to ensure perfect Customer satisfaction in line with Clarins Customer complaints SOP and company’s interests.

INCREASE AND DRIVE SALES AT THE SKIN SPA:

· Have an understanding of annual objectives and sales target for the Skin Spa and pro-actively contribute to the Clarins Skin Spa business growth through professional and efficient Sales Communication with each customer:

  • drive product link sales during each visit
  • maximize re-booking and therefore room occupancy
  • Build and maintain strong loyalty

· Understand and monitor own individual sales targets for Treatments and Retail, and deliver results in line with targets

· Excel in the link-selling and home care advice after each treatment, based on customer needs and concerns.

· Make the customer aware of the actual promotion/activities in the Spa, to drive more sales and focus on key themes

· Accurately record and update after each visit Customers profile, beauty consultation, product and treatment purchase and any other relevant information to ensure perfect personalized service and maximize sales opportunity.

CONVEY PERFECT BRAND IMAGE, UNIQUENESS AND EXPERTISE:

· Be impeccably groomed with hair, make-up, nails and outfit strictly in line with Clarins BT grooming standards and maintain perfect personal hygiene at all times.

· Show genuine, professional and positive attitude and image at all times with all customers, VIP, media, business partners and colleagues. It involves posture, voice tone, verbal and body communication.

· Demonstrate energetic and positive work ethic and team spirit in respect of company’s codes.

· Actively contribute to the Skinspa perfect hygiene and tidiness, report premises and equipment maintenance issues, and ensure strict follow-up of Spa merchandising guidelines.

If needed, timely and efficiently manage general skinspa operations related tasks as defined by Skinspa operations SOP and as instructed by Skinspa manager and/or Spa business manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recognized professional Beauty Therapy certificate (ideally CIDESCO) & qualification with minimum 2 year experience.
  • Excellent hands skills.
  • Retail/Selling experience

  • passion for make-up and good make-up skills are considered a plus
