We are seeking a qualified and passionate Ayurveda Doctor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using Ayurvedic principles, developing personalized treatment plans, supervising Panchakarma therapies, and promoting holistic wellness. The successful candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

• Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations and assessments.
• Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic principles and clinical evaluation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and wellness programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, care quality, and ethical practice.

Panchakarma & Therapeutic Services

• Assess patient suitability for Panchakarma therapies.
• Design and supervise Panchakarma treatment protocols.
• Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists and support staff to ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and provide follow-up care.

Patient Education & Wellness

• Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, lifestyle management, and Ayurvedic wellness principles.
• Guide patients in achieving long-term health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Conduct health awareness sessions, workshops, and wellness consultations when required.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with physiotherapists, dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Refer patients appropriately and participate in collaborative treatment planning when necessary.

Business & Growth Contribution

• Build strong patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction levels.
• Effectively communicate treatment plans and recommended therapies to patients.
• Support the growth of the Ayurveda department through patient engagement and education initiatives.
• Participate in clinic marketing activities, educational videos, social media content, health campaigns, and community outreach programs when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Ayurveda Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, herbal medicine, Panchakarma therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Arabic, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Experience in UAE healthcare settings is preferred.
