Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related medical or healthcare field.
Strong sales-oriented mindset with a dynamic and adaptable personality.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical ophthalmology, particularly in supporting IOL implantation and biometry calculations for cataract patients.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with phacoemulsification and vitrectomy systems, including machine setup and surgeon program customization.
Active presence inside the operating room (OR), with a clear understanding of OR protocols and the ability to effectively collaborate with OR staff.
Proven ability to work closely with nurses and surgeons, ensuring efficient procedures and high satisfaction with products.
Demonstrated success in client follow-up, business development, and account expansion.
Skilled in delivering product training to clinical teams and supporting adoption of new technologies.
Familiar with RFQ processes, government tenders, and quotation submissions.
Willing to attend surgeries and provide real-time technical and clinical support when needed.
Strong focus on achieving company sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
