Job Description

We are a growing aesthetic medical clinic seeking a skilled, patient-focused General Practitioner with strong experience in cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate is confident in injectables, warm with patients, professional, and hungry to grow with the clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building loyal patient relationships, delivering high-quality results, and working within a supportive, growth-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox, fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, peels, HIFU, RF microneedling, and related anti-aging treatments.
• Conduct consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction at every visit.
• Assist in patient education and post-procedure care instructions.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in marketing activities including content creation, before/after photos, and patient education (no influencer-level content required — just basic comfort).
• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure high retention.
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments ethically and professionally.
• Follow DHA guidelines and clinic protocols at all times.

Requirements

• DHA-licensed GP (Active, Eligibility, or Transfer).
• 2–5+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Strong technical skills in injectables and skin procedures.
• Warm, approachable patient communication style.
• High attention to detail and clean technique.
• Ability to convert consultations into treatments.
• Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
• Team player with low ego and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Dubai’s aesthetics market.
• Comfort being on camera for educational content.
• Ability to work Saturdays if needed.
• Desire to grow with the clinic long-term.
• Willingness to participate in training and upskilling.
