Job Title: Advance Care Paramedic

Ain Al Khaleej Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Advance Care Paramedic to join our emergency and clinical care team. We are looking for a qualified professional with strong expertise in advanced emergency care, patient assessment, stabilization, and life support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced emergency medical assessment, treatment, and stabilization.
• Manage medical, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies.
• Perform advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, and life support procedures.
• Administer emergency medications and treatments within the approved scope of practice.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout care.
• Assist with resuscitation and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate effectively with Emergency Physicians, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure safe patient transfer and provide accurate clinical handover.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Check and maintain emergency equipment, medications, and supplies.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties as required.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field.

Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License or Eligibility as a Paramedic.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant hospital, EMS, or emergency care experience.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
