Job Description

Key Duties

• Provide frontline out-of-hospital emergency and non-emergency patient care.
• Deliver medical retrieval and health-related transport services.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and medical needs.
• Document patient assessments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Provide appropriate paramedical care in line with DCAS and GPH policies.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Ensure safe transport and continuous patient monitoring during transfers.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine or Health Science (Paramedic).
• Valid certification to practice as a Paramedic or equivalent qualification approved by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic after licensure/registration.
• UAE healthcare experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
