𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Achieve Quantitative and Qualitative Business Objectives and Commercial KPIs
build initial and corrective sales plans with excellence in execution
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers within category
Understand client objectives and lead proposal development and pitching
Act as the primary liaison between end-users and internal team across entire sales process
Lead project planning, execution, and timely delivery, ensuring quality and relevance
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative client engagement
Collaborate with other team members to align projects with strategic end-user needs
Track project progress, budgets, and end-user satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and end-user meetings
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, in medical devices or healthcare category
Strong understanding of capital equipment or orthopedics category in Egyptian market
Proven experience in proposal development, client presentations, and pitching
Excellent project management skills and attention to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Applications
Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal tracking systems
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
Experience in Orthopedics Capital Equipment
