I am excited to apply for the Field Application Specialist position in your company, the esteemed parent company driving innovation in diagnostic solutions.
In my current role at Muscat Pharmacy, I have successfully deployed and maintained advanced diagnostic analyzers for clinical and research labs, resolving complex issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure accurate results. My strong technical skills in haematology and biochemistry are complemented by excellent customer relationship management, where I’ve built lasting partnerships that enhance product adoption and feedback loops to R&D teams. Transitioning to your company would allow me to contribute directly to the development and refinement of these cutting-edge systems, leveraging my field insights to support global scalability and superior patient outcomes.
Most recently, I have worked extensively with the newly launched Beckman Coulter DXC 500 AU biochemistry analyzer in Oman, supporting its introduction, initial installations, method validations, operator training, and technical troubleshooting. Being involved from the launch phase has given me deep insights into its workflow, performance, and user challenges experience that I believe will be highly valuable in a global or regional role within any mother company.
Formerly, I have 7 years of experience in Hospital Medical Laboratories. During my whole experience, I worked and accomplished as a Field Application Specialist, Lecturer, and Medical Laboratory Technologist, which I mentioned neatly in my updated CV.
