I am a BSc Nursing graduate with 1 year and 11 months of experience in ICU and acute care, and I am currently looking to transition from clinical nursing into the healthcare quality and patient safety field.

My clinical experience has provided me with a strong understanding of patient safety, infection prevention and control, medication safety, clinical documentation, risk identification, incident reporting, and multidisciplinary teamwork. To strengthen my transition into healthcare quality, I have developed knowledge in quality improvement, patient safety, healthcare quality standards, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and audit principles. Although I am transitioning into the quality field, I believe my clinical nursing background gives me a valuable perspective when evaluating healthcare processes and patient-care practices. I am a quick learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly motivated to develop my career in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety.
