I am professionally a physiotherapist and public health expert and i have 13+ years experience . presently im working in Autism wellfare trust  .I have also worked as a Field Co-ordinator in LASI DAD project funded by University of Southern California and i also worked for 18 months in chotay taray foundation and also worked in J&K sports council for 4 years ,I also worked in She hope society in kashmir as a Rehabilitation manager at District hospital Baramulla for 4 years.

My work is to Support and supervising rehabilitation Centre staff in providing the quality care, developing monthly plans for each staff member to provide services , Identifying the resources required and raising the related purchase requests, providing the training to staff, ensure all the patients receive rehabilitation services and Upgrading the Centre in terms of service provision.
