Sending AO (Acknowledgement Order) from ERP System and send
it to the respective Distributor
Coordinate with the sales department and distributors for the order
process and payments.
Manage of all logistics matters with reference to both import & export.
Preparing Invoice, packing list, COO and all related shipping documents
required by the distributor for each shipment.
Responsible PO (Purchase Order) from all group organization main in
suppler and other subsidiaries in different countries and third-party Vendors too
Closely monitor all shipment
Monitoring of any changes on government regulations regarding
export-import procedures

Responsible to prepare & pricing Tenders (Local & International –NGO’s).
Preparing Quotations to Private and Public sectors
Working on ERP System (Enterprise resource planning).
Preparing Monthly report for all Tenders & Quotations
with statistical charts and analysis to manage the input/ output for
each sales representative
Follow up the ISO 9001 Standard and Quality Procedures
Issue, release and follow up Bonds (Letters of Guarantee
