Currently, I work with Al Borg Medical Laboratories and am deployed to Ferticlinic in Ras Al Khaimah, where I perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for fertility, hormonal, and routine diagnostic investigations. My responsibilities also include patient registration, specimen processing, centrifugation, aliquoting, cold-chain preparation, laboratory report management, and coordination with consultants, nursing teams, and reference laboratories.
My experience includes venipuncture, paediatric and capillary blood collection, order of draw, difficult and needle-anxious patient handling, hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, histopathology, urinalysis, blood grouping, internal quality control, result verification, and laboratory equipment operation.
I place strong importance on patient comfort, accurate specimen identification, pre-analytical sample integrity, infection control, confidentiality, and delivering reliable laboratory services within expected turnaround times.
I am passionate about providing safe, accurate, and patient-focused diagnostic services while continuously developing my skills within the healthcare and laboratory field in the UAE.
