Key Responsibilities: Provided comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation. Assisted in medical, surgical, emergency, ICU, pediatric, obstetric & gynecological, psychiatric, community health, and operation theatre settings. Performed nursing procedures such as IV cannulation assistance, wound dressing, catheter care, oxygen therapy, nebulization, and specimen collection. Monitored vital signs, blood glucose levels, ECG recordings, and patient responses to treatment. Maintained infection prevention and control practices, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Assisted in pre-operative and post-operative patient care and collaborated with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Educated patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and health promotion. Developed clinical decision-making, communication, leadership, and time-management skills while providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
