I am a Registered Nurse working at King International Hospital, Swat. I have hands-on experience in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical and surgical units. My responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assessing patient conditions, administering medications, IV fluids, injections, and blood transfusions as prescribed. I assist physicians during procedures and provide pre- and post-operative nursing care. I maintain accurate patient records and ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. I also educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

In addition, I completed my nursing internship at Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital, Swat, where I gained practical clinical exposure in various departments. During my internship, I assisted senior nurses and doctors in patient care, performed routine nursing procedures under supervision, followed hospital policies and infection control guidelines, and developed strong foundational clinical and communication skills.
