Responsibilities:

Coordination with the Chief Physiotherapist to handle the various caseloads and offer Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services effectively. Participate in patient and family education to help patients and families to better understand and participate in their care and make well informed care decisions.

Treats home care patients.

Assesses and puts a plan of treatment for home care patients.

Gives chest therapy treatment to home care patients based on the needs of the patients.

Gives manual massage and medical exercise to home care patient. Available for an on-call treatment of patients. Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, quality performance improvement. Participate in patient and family education to help patients and families to better understand and participate in their care and make well informed care decisions.

Performs other duties within the range of professional knowledge and skills as directed by the Head of Physiotherapy.
