With over   11 years of dedicated service in general surgical and medical nursing, coupled with a Diploma in General Nursing from The Open University of Sri Lanka in 2014, I am eager to bring my clinical expertise and compassionate care to a dynamic healthcare environment.

In my current role as a  Assistant Nurse  In Pegasus home heath care in Dubai as site nurse from January 2025. My last role Nursing   Aide at Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home in Singapore until October 2024 since 2019, I have consistently provided high-quality daily nursing care, ensuring patient safety, infection prevention, follow appointment in hospital and proper biomedical waste management with ets as order by nurse manger and seniors. My experience includes caring for residents with dementia, administering medications, conducting wound dressings, and recording vital signs. I am well-versed in emergency procedures, mobility assistance, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Prior to this, I served as a Staff Nurse at Hemas Hospital in Sri Lanka for over five years. During this time, I performed vital signs, administered medications, reported patient conditions to medical officers and family, and prepared patients for surgeries. My responsibilities also included health education for patients and families, coordination with other departments, and maintaining medical documents and health records.

I am a Registered Nurse with the Private Health Service Regulatory Council in Sri Lanka (PHSRC/PSN/2300), and my academic foundation includes a Diploma in General Nursing from The Open University of Sri Lanka in 2014. This educational background, along with my commitment to regulatory standards, positions me as a well-rounded and qualified candidate.

My language proficiency in Sinhala , English and male, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, enables me to communicate effectively within a healthcare team. I have received numerous appreciation letters for providing quality services and have successfully reorganized room settings to enhance the mobility level of residents.
