I am a Senior Physiotherapist (DPT, Master’s in Cardiopulmonary PT) with vast experience in Cardiopulmonary, Musculoskeletal, Pediatric, Neurodevelopmental, and Sports rehabilitation. My expertise includes sports & athletic therapy, gym-based injury prevention, performance enhancement, and evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Currently Lead Physiotherapist at Bahria College, Islamabad, I design rehabilitation programs for children with special needs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote physical and social inclusion. Since 2019, I have also volunteered at Aaghosh, Mera Ghar, providing free physiotherapy services to underprivileged children, reflecting my commitment to community-based rehabilitation.
