I am a Registered Nurse with 14 years of professional nursing experience across various healthcare settings, I have developed a diverse range of clinical, administrative, and interpersonal skills that I believe would allow me to make a valuable contribution to your team.
Throughout my nursing career, I have had the opportunity to work in different areas of healthcare, including the Operating Room, hospital nursing, home care, medical center, and Medical Records Department (MRD). As an OR/DR Nurse, I assisted physicians and surgical teams in handling various cases and procedures, working with different doctors and adapting to their individual requirements while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
My experience as a Home Care Nurse strengthened my ability to provide compassionate and individualized care. Working closely with patients and their families taught me the importance of effective communication, patience, empathy, and building trusting relationships. I learned to understand not only the patient’s medical needs but also their emotional and personal concerns.
In a Medical Center setting, I gained experience in triage, clinical documentation, patient assessment, and assisting physicians. This role further developed my ability to prioritize patients, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.
Most recently, my experience as an MRD Nurse has strengthened my knowledge and skills in medical documentation and record management. I understand the importance of maintaining accurate, complete, organized, and evidence-based clinical documentation, as proper documentation is essential for continuity of care, patient safety, legal compliance, and overall quality of healthcare services.

I STUDIED NURSING FOR 4 YEARS AND COMPLETED MY REQUIRED DUTY TO VARIOUS HOSPITAL AND EXPOSED IN DIFFERENT UNITS.
Work & Experience
I assisted physicians and surgical teams in handling various cases and procedures, working with different doctors and adapting to their individual requirements while maintaining patient safety and quality standards. I eventually became a charge nurse assigned with the scheduling of surgeries and allocation of staffs, supervised nurses and delegate tasks and assign patient loads based on staff skill levels.
Delivers medical treatment, health assessments, emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Assisted on their ADL's.
