Work & Experience
• Supervising multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among: sales, warehouse, after-sales, and finance departments, and driving performance excellence. • Spearheaded efforts to identify and engage with global medical companies in Departments of Laboratory, Dentistry, and ICU hospital equipment, successfully securing distribution agreements with 11 international companies, including Seamaty, Wondfo, Biohermes, Lysun, Foshan Roson, Vericom, ARI medical, and Alispo. • Coordination and Operations assistance for all Company’s projects and tenders. • Technology Integration: Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM), inventory management systems, and other tools to enhance efficiency and ensure datadriven decision-making.
Head of the After sales services – department, responsible of: • Scheduling and monitoring both Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for equipment under service contract, and documentation of troubleshooting’s reports. • Installation and troubleshooting for: Dental chairs, and Lab equipment (especially Hematology Analyzers (3/5 Parts), Chemistry Analyzers (Semi/Full Auto), Electrolyte Analyzers, and POCT devices)
I tutor the following subjects: Applications of Microprocessor and Embedded systems, Programming Languages (MATLAB, C++), Digital Signal Processing, Electronics workshop, and Electromagnetic theory.
