I’ve conducted Internal Audits for ISO/IEC17025:2017, Pakistan National Accreditation Council, and for WHOPrequalification for TRS No. 957 Good Practices for PharmaceuticalQuality Control Laboratories. I have sound knowledge of WHOguidelines for Computer System Validation (CSV) TRS 996 (Annex5). I have hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, andcorrective maintenance, intermediate checks, qualifications (IQ,OQ, and PQ), computerized system validation, and calibrationof various laboratory equipment, including HPLCs, GCs, AtomicAbsorption Spectrophotometers, and more. I’m skilled in writingand implementing SOPs according to applicable standards andguidelines. Work & Experience
I have hands-on experience in Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance , Intermediate Checks, and Calibration of various laboratory equipment, including HPLCs, GCs, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, &more, writing & Implementation of SOPs in accordance applicable Standards &guidelines. I have played a key role in achieving WHO Good Practices for Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratories prequalification and PNAC accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025. My responsibilities included managing and executing Equipment PPM, Intermediate Checks, Master Calibration, Qualification plans, Procurement of Equipment and their Accessories, Managing & Maintaining Stock Inventory for both Equipment & Accessories, Manage, Prepare & Execute Service Level Agreements, Supporting Quality Management System (QMS) in implementing and maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and WHO guidelines.
