I currently serve as a Professor in the Department of Community Medicine at Avicenna Medical College and Hospital, Lahore, where I have been teaching community medicine and public health to undergraduate medical students since 2013. In addition to my academic responsibilities, I have managed a thriving private practice at Mustashfa Medical Centre since 2010, specialising in family medicine with a focus on diabetes and infectious diseases.
My professional journey has equipped me with diverse skills and achievements, including:
• Leadership experience as the Principal of Allied Health Sciences at Avicenna Hospital, Lahore.
• Membership in esteemed professional bodies such as the Pakistan Academy of Family Physicians, Pakistan Infectious Diseases Society, Pakistan Diabetes Association, WONCA (World Family Physicians) and Family Medicine Education Center
• Publication of 17 research articles in renowned Pakistani and international journals, demonstrating my commitment to medical research and evidence-based practice.
• Active contributions to professional development programs, having presented on various topics to family physicians at platforms organized by leading pharmaceutical companies.
In my clinical practice, I place strong emphasis on prevention, early diagnosis, and continuity of care. Managing both communicable and non-communicable diseases—particularly diabetes and infectious diseases—has been central to my work. I also firmly believe in timely and appropriate referral as an essential component of safe and effective patient care. Above all, I strive to build trust with my patients by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and addressing their concerns with empathy.

i did my M.Phil in community medicine(Public Health). Due to this master degree i am able to teach the undergrduate medical studnets the subject of community medicine at the prestigious institute that is Avicenna Medical college and hospital lahore
It was a one-year program in which I studied family medicine. This degree helped me with my clinical practice at MUSTASHFA MEDICAL CENTER
It was a one-year program in which I studied Post graduate course about the diabetese its management, and its prevention. This degree helped me with my clinical practice, especially while dealing with diabetics.
