 Expertise in cGMP Protocols, ISO Standard 17025:2017(Lab Management System), ISO Standard 14644 Clean Area Monitoring, Aseptic techniques, WHO & FDA Guidelines for Quality Control Laboratory and Microbiology Laboratory Processes.  Expertise in product specifications & testing methods development.  Expertise in performing method validation/ verification, measurement uncertainty activities of all tests.  Participation in proficiency testing internationally to assurance quality of testing activities.  Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.  Perform Risk assessment & corrective actions with relevant to lab activities.  Responsible for identification of deviations, reporting non-conformance and take corrective action.  Perform environmental monitoring of clean area testing like Non-Viable Particle Count, Viable Count Settle Plate Method, Finger Dab Test and Swab Test.  Command on microbiological testing like in-vivo & in-vitro e.g. Abnormal Toxicity, Pyrogen Test, Sterility, Bacterial Endotoxin, Bioburden, GPT, Gram Staining and Microbial Cultures Preparation.  Perform Biological Indicators Sterility Test of ethylene oxide sterilized and heat/steam Sterilization processes.  Assigned duties and supervised subordinates.  Disposing of outdated quality records. Familiar with all Laboratory Analytical Techniques like UV/VIS Spectroscopy, FTIR, Atomic Absorption, Universal Tensile Tester, Needle Sharpness Tester, Laminar Flow Hood & Bio Safety Cabinet.  Ensure all materials are as per specifications.  Ensure data for all products meet quality standards & Analyze samples and keep proper records.  Ensure that all lab materials/chemicals required are available and within expiry date while stay in the laboratory.  Maintain the inventory of chemicals / materials required in laboratory.  Monitored and performed calibration, intermediate checks and preventive maintenance of equipment.
