Oversee postgraduate residents’ clinical activities and lead management of labor and delivery cases. Deliver practical training in cesarean sections, laparotomies, and management of obstetric emergencies. Run outpatient clinics, assessing patients and formulating comprehensive treatment plans. Organize and manage departmental audits, including internal reviews, open documentation audits, and JCI compliance processes. Facilitate postgraduate teaching sessions and conduct clinical rounds to enhance trainee learning. Perform emergency surgeries independently, as well as minor elective procedures.
