my main job responsibilities include; Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care following nursing protocols. Perform Nursing procedures like administration of medications and IV fluids, preparing for investigations, assist in invasive and non- invasive procedures etc. Identification of emergency and taking action according to the situations and notifying to the concerned doctor. Perform procedures like hemodynamic monitoring, Ventilator care, use of syringe/ Infusion pump, use of defibrillator etc. Maintain good inter personnel and interdepartmental communication & coordination. Also provide therapeutic communication to patient. This is 280 active inpatient bedded Modern Multispecialty Hospital with 15 Specialty and 9 Super specialty departments. This hospital is Fully NABH & AACI Accredited for the Quality standard implementation. Also we have 24 hrs Emergency and Trauma Care Unit, with a 3 year course in Masters of Emergency Medicine (MEM) and DNB course in General Surgery, General Medicine, Anesthesia, Family Medicine & Orthopaedics for doctors. The hospital is managed by Muthoot Healthcare Division under which there are 2 Multi Specialty Hospitals in Kozhencherry and Pathanamthitta and 1 Diagnostic Centers, and an education campus consisting of College of Nursing, College of Allied Health Science, College of Management Studies and Centre for training in Professional Excellence.
