Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, claims processing, and healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, medical coding, claims submission, denial management, and accounts receivable.
• Experience managing RCM teams, improving operational efficiency, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and revenue cycle compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to implement process improvements and maximize revenue collection while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
