Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emirati Pharmacist for a full-time or part-time on-site position in Al Ain. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing customers with an effective pharmaceutical service by dispensing drugs prescribe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians.

• Instruct customers on how and when to take prescribed medications, advising interventions,

and informing customers of any potential side effects as well.

• Process the customer insurance prescriptions, get it approved and dispense the medication

accordingly with clear usage instructions.

• Keep accurate customer records and ensure a safe and clean working environment.

• Answer all incoming telephone calls as per company telephone etiquette.

• Complete operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries,

maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged

drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.

• Adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical

practice.

• Perform other administrative tasks when needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters in pharmacy or pharmacology.

• UAE medical license (HAAD/DOH)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software applications, used by pharmacies.
