Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing/GNM) from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license/registration from the relevant healthcare authority.
Previous experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, clinical procedures, and nursing practices.
Ability to supervise and support junior nursing staff.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations and provide safe, compassionate patient care.
