Sales & Service Biomedical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Service Biomedical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and sales skills to promote, install, maintain, and support our medical equipment while building long-term relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

* Promote and sell IRG’s portfolio of medical, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation equipment.

* Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, universities, and healthcare professionals.

* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

* Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate to close sales opportunities.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular market feedback.

Service Responsibilities

* Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at customer sites.

* Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration.

* Provide technical support and respond promptly to customer service requests.

* Deliver product training to end users and clinical staff.

* Prepare detailed service reports after each visit.

* Coordinate with suppliers and the technical team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.

* 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment sales, service, or both.

* Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Good command of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Requirements

* Previous experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or medical devices is highly preferred.

* Valid driving license.

* Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt when required.
