Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our team in Oman and drive product awareness and scientific engagement across healthcare professionals within the Hematology & Rare Diseases (HO & RD) line. If you are passionate about science, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to the growth of innovative pharmaceutical products, this opportunity is for you.

What will your responsibilities be

  • Promote and communicate the scientific and clinical value of company products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
  • Achieve assigned business objectives by ensuring effective customer coverage and engagement based on CRM objectives
  • Plan and manage daily visits to optimize territory coverage and maximize impact
  • Deliver scientific, clinical, and patient-centric product messages aligned with brand strategy
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Segment and profile customers to tailor engagement strategies and maximize results
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Manage promotional materials and product samples, ensuring proper tracking and reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, treatment practices, and customer feedback, and provide regular market insights
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and submit timely reports, including customer visits and market intelligence
  • Participate in medical events, congresses, advisory boards, and product presentations to strengthen professional networks and product visibility
  • Continuously develop product, therapeutic, and clinical knowledge through training and self-learning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Previous experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar pharmaceutical role
  • Experience in Hematology, Rare Diseases, Specialty Care, or a related therapeutic area is highly preferred
  • Experience within the Oman pharmaceutical market
  • Strong scientific, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
