Job Description

We are looking for a qualified, licensed, and experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection safely and efficiently.
• Correctly identify, label, handle, and process blood specimens.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide a professional and reassuring experience.
• Follow infection control, laboratory, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient and specimen records.
• Work closely with laboratory and clinical teams.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification/certification in Phlebotomy.
• Valid professional license titled “Phlebotomist” – mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Previous phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and specimen-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
