Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman for Pediatricians and Pediatric Nurses. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric and neonatal care, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for infants, children, and adolescents. Team members will conduct routine check-ups, administer vaccinations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and offer family-centered education on child health and wellness. Pediatricians and Pediatric Nurses will work closely with other physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold clinical protocols and safety standards. The role also includes participation in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to pediatric patient management.
• Specialized expertise in Pediatrics, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management for children.
• Knowledge or experience in Neonatology, including care for newborns and premature infants.
• Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Valid medical or nursing license, with board certification or equivalent in Pediatrics for physicians; pediatric experience for nurses.
• Experience in hospital or clinical pediatric settings, preferably within multidisciplinary or multispecialty healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication skills with children and families, including culturally sensitive and empathetic patient interactions.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, adherence to clinical guidelines, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
