ART Fertility Clinics is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our Counselling/Patient Care team. If you are passionate about patient care, communication, and creating a positive healthcare experience, we would love to hear from you.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.
• Welcome new patients, obtain relevant medical history, provide clinic orientation, and explain the treatment journey and next steps.
• Provide treatment counselling and patient education in line with SOPs and physician recommendations.
• Explain pre- and post-procedure instructions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate investigations, procedures, appointments, and treatment milestones with the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct timely confirmation and follow-up calls, including trigger, procedure, post-procedure, PGT, pregnancy, and delivery outcome follow-ups.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, provide reassurance and emotional support, and escalate clinical or service concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR/VRepro system.
• Support patient experience improvement initiatives and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and dignity at all times.
• Comply with clinic SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements, and patient-experience standards.

🎓 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Medical, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or patient-care environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
