🇦🇪 NURSING DIRECTOR – IVF | UAE

Almediqa is recruiting an experienced Nursing Director – IVF for a leading healthcare organisation in the UAE.

We are looking for a senior nursing leader with extensive IVF / fertility-care experience who can lead nursing and allied health services while ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety and operational performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF
Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF Centre

Strong leadership and people-management experience
Extensive knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services
Experience in quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance
Strong workforce planning and resource-management capabilities

Excellent written and spoken English

Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority

Master’s degree and/or specialised qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management or IVF is highly desirable

The position carries responsibility for nursing strategy, workforce planning, clinical quality, patient safety, operational efficiency and the development and leadership of multidisciplinary nursing teams.

We are looking for a leader who can:
Drive clinical excellence and quality improvement, develop and implement nursing strategy, manage staffing and workforce requirements, mentor nursing leaders and employees, and build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The role also has responsibility for ensuring appropriate staffing and expertise according to patient needs.
