Role Description

The Nurse Aesthetic Clinic role is a full-time, on-site position based at Trusta Medical Center in Dubai. The nurse will provide high-quality nursing care and support for aesthetic procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians and aesthetic practitioners, and monitoring patients before, during, and after treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre-assessment checks, explaining procedures and aftercare instructions to patients, maintaining accurate medical and treatment records, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and infection control standards. The nurse will manage appointment flow, handle basic clinical documentation, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based aesthetic care. The role also involves educating patients on available treatments, promoting patient comfort and satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement in clinical and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and current professional registration/license; eligibility to obtain or hold relevant UAE nursing licensure.
• Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, basic emergency response, and safe medication administration within a clinical or aesthetic setting.
• Experience or strong interest in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures, including assisting with non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, skin treatments).
• Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards in outpatient clinics, including proper handling of equipment and consumables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations, empathetic patient support, and culturally sensitive care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage appointments, documentation, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in basic computer use and electronic medical records systems; ability to learn clinic-specific software as needed.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
