Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Giza, with a mix of on-site visits to healthcare providers and some work from home for planning and reporting tasks. This role involves promoting Integra’s pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, providing accurate product information, and responding to clinical and commercial inquiries. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, execute sales strategies, achieve territory sales targets, and monitor market trends and competitor activities. Daily responsibilities include organizing appointments, conducting product presentations, following up on orders and deliveries, and maintaining detailed records in line with company reporting standards. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and medical affairs to support product launches and customer education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills with a proven ability to promote and sell pharmaceutical or related healthcare products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support healthcare professionals effectively.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine or Pharmacy, preferably with a relevant degree or equivalent scientific background.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in field sales or medical representative roles, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage a territory, plan visits, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including on-site customer visits around Giza and remote administrative tasks, with proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM, email, office software).
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning about products, guidelines, and market developments.
