Role Description The Medical Representative – Alain is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting PAXAS Pharmaceuticals LLC products to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders in the Alain region. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual and occasional in-person meetings, presenting product information, and providing scientific and commercial support to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, following up on inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The Medical Representative will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from healthcare providers, coordinate with internal teams, and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines in all promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally within fertility, sexual health, or weight management segments, is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license
