Job Description: Aesthetic Doctor / Dermatologist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Commission / Percentage-Based

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aesthetic Doctor or Dermatologist to join our medical center in Dubai on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in injectable and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, excellent patient communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a loyal patient base. This position is suitable for a results-driven doctor who wants to contribute to the clinic’s growth and develop a long-term career with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic assessments.
• Develop safe, personalized, and effective treatment plans.
• Perform Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP/PRF, and other injectable and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Clearly explain treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow DHA regulations, medical ethics, safety protocols, and infection-control standards.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with patients.
• Support patient retention through excellent care and appropriate follow-up.
• Contribute to growing a loyal and sustainable patient base.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, therapists, reception staff, and management.
• Participate in clinic promotions, events, and approved marketing activities when required.
• Support the clinic’s overall development, reputation, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility.
• Qualified Aesthetic Doctor or Dermatologist.
• Proven aesthetic medicine experience in Dubai.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Botox and other neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Skin boosters
• PRP and PRF treatments
• Injectable and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
• Excellent consultation, assessment, and treatment-planning skills.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and complication management.
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional, responsible, hardworking, and results-driven.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced, and high-pressure clinical environment.
• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to work under a commission or percentage-based compensation structure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a strong advantage.
• An established patient network or the ability to develop a strong patient base.
• Experience supporting clinic promotions, social media content, or patient-education initiatives.
