Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based in Dubai. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during examinations and procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, arranging instruments, and assisting chairside. Daily tasks include welcoming patients, explaining basic treatment steps, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment. The role involves handling sterilization processes, organizing supplies, and following infection control protocols. The Dental Assistant will also provide guidance on basic oral care, help manage appointment flow, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver effective, respectful patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Dental Assisting and Dentistry to effectively support clinical procedures and patient treatment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Dental Care and Oral Care to provide basic patient education and assist with preventive treatments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization and infection control to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
• Relevant diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or a related dental field.
• Experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach to patients and colleagues.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
